Matting Removal: Matting can be harmful to your cat’s health, restricting movement and causing discomfort. When removing mats, especially severe ones, it may not be possible to achieve a perfectly even appearance. Our primary concern is your cat’s welfare, and mat removal may result in patchy or uneven fur. We will always prioritise your cat’s comfort over aesthetics.

Dead Hair Removal: We will remove as much dead hair as possible during the grooming session. However, depending on the coat condition, complete removal may not be feasible in one session.

Grooming Time: The duration of the grooming session may vary based on your cat’s behaviour, coat condition, and the specific services requested. Some cats may require less time if they are well-behaved or if the grooming needs are minimal.

Nail Trimming: Nail trimming is included as part of the grooming service and will be done carefully to ensure your cat’s safety.

Appearance: While we strive to provide a tidy and professional look, grooming results can vary based on the cat’s coat condition and tolerance for the grooming process. We do not guarantee a perfect aesthetic outcome, especially in cases where matting or other health concerns are addressed.

Refund Policy: As we focus on completing the agreed-upon services, including mat removal, dead hair removal, and nail trimming, we are unable to offer refunds. In the event that you are dissatisfied with the result, we are happy to offer a complimentary touch-up session to address specific areas such as re-clipping.
